The Sixth CMI Symposium was successfully held with attendance of many people. We have posted the presentation materials, so please refer to it.
The joint R&D project ”CMI” in collaboration with Institute of Industrial Science, The University of Tokyo, 22 companies including Boeing, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Kawasaki Heavy Industries and SUBARU, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and NEDO entered into the second phase from this April. |

By the development of globalization, the growing aircraft industry is seeking new high-efficiency manufacturing technology. To respond to the needs, CMI will continue to research and develop innovative manufacturing technologies, following the first phase (five-year period) completed last year. |
In this symposium, lectures of latest administrations for aircrafts, aircraft market trends and technical trend will be given and we will also introduce the certification system and CMI activity policy for the future. |
